I, Shaboomboom, Retired ACP-Leader, Memo Man, with the power and support invested in me by the soldiers of the Army of Club Penguin hereby remove Flipper from power as 1ic of the ACP. He will not be replaced with anyone.

Flipper7706, ACP Leader, is found guilty of the following.

Flipper tormenting Slider.
1. Flipper greedy for powers.
One day on chat, an unamed person was giving away all his xats/days/powers due to his leaving xat. This person, said, that they would give all their xats, days and powers to Flipper. Flipper, obviously due to his greedy nature, without delay agreed and tried to “seal the deal”. Now, Slider being the nice, generous person he is, gladly donated a day to this unnamed person so that he could transfer the xats, days and powers to  Flipper. This person, respectful and appreciating Slider’s kind deed, said he’d give Slider the xats, days and powers instead. Slider, didn’t have much powers, Flipper, was LOADED. So, you would think that Flipper would accept this? That someone less fortunate than him could have an added bonus and have their day brightened up? With Flipper, that’s never the case. He wanted them ALL for himself, he couldn’t dare see someone else get “his powers”, as he so wrongly states them as. Before and after Slider getting the powers, Flipper CONSTANTLY bugged, pressured and tormented Slider about getting these powers. He continuously went into rages over these powers, claiming ” THEY’RE MINE!”…”YOU STOLE MY POWERS!”. Bullied him constantly in PC, saying nasty things to him, not very nice? I thought so. Slider eventually gave into Flipper’s torment, bullying and in-tolerant behaviour of the “theft of his powers”. Flipper made Slider give him Valentine, the second dearest power that Slider had gotten, and Slider, wholeheartedly upset and demoralized, walked away, having been deprived of one of his most treasured power he’d ever had.

Flipper demoralized Slider, and swats away expression of views, opinions, ideas, and ignores self-representation.
2. Slider, being a good contributor to the ACP, giving his ideas, opinions in an orderly, right fashion, presented some of his views to Flipper. Flipper, stuck his nose up at Slider, made him feel stupid, insignificant, embarrassed for presenting these ideas. This is not what we want from a Leader, we want someone to feel comfortable talking to, someone who wont be ignorant to our ideas, someone who will open heartily accept our ideas as an opinion, and wont make them insignificant ego-boosters in their own little kingdom. Flipper didnt perform any of the qualities we need in a Leader, ESPECIALLY to one of his 3ics.

2. Flipper’s “vacation”, extreme insultry towards the hard-working, active people of ACP.
Recently, as you all know, Flipper7706, ACP “Leader”, took a “vacation” from the ACP. This, is unacceptable under any circumstances. Despite his “reasons”, which are only momentary excuses, he left for no reason, abandoning ACP at their time of need. He has the nerve to use Bobs “vacation” as an excuse. That is NO WHERE NEAR, what he did. Bob had personal reasons, and everyone accepted it, whereas people don’t accept what Flipper has done.

Flipper’s attempt to scam Buck, a Division General of the ACP and his tremendously insulting reaction when caught.
The initial deal that was made, between Buck and Flipper, was that Buck, would give Flipper the xat power [guestself] To guest himself and become normal owner. Flipper wasn’t forced into making this deal, he wasnt pressured either, he willing and, braggingly made it, knowing full well of the procedure. Buck, transferred Flip [guestself] and then concluded, that Flip could keep the power on the terms that he fulfilled his bargain of the deal. Flipper, decided he’d “auction” off Buck’s power, without fulfilling the deal. He said, ” FIRST PERSON TO PC ME GETS BUCKS POWER “. It was apparent to everyone part of the deal, as it had been discussed on main for everyone to see. Flipper was scamming buck, due to the fact he wasnt keeping up his end of the bargain, which is scamming. Shaboomboom immediately stepped in alongside Buck to justify what was happening. Shab told Flipper to either fulfill the deal, or return the power. Flipper then replied, wrongly accusing Buck and insulting his name, “SORRY GUYS, NO COMPETITION, BUCKS A SPOILED SPORT! :’( ” . He turned a simple agreement into Buck being blamed for something he didn’t do? Not fair at all. Leaders don’t, A. Attempt to Scam, or B. Do this to their troops.

After talking to Flipper, trying to get him to improve himself, he caved in and gave up so after he asked me for a chance, I gave him 3 days to show that he deserved another chance.

Of course, he did absolutely nothing in those 3 days, after begging me to give him 3 others, telling me that I was his idol, telling me that he deserved another chance. He did nothing, decided that he was on “vacation.”

A leader cannot go on a self-vacation, you can’t just decide that you don’t want to do anything for a while and retain a rank as high as leader. It doesn’t work that way, especially if you’ve done nothing to earn that vacation. Do you know why Flip wanted a vacation? Cause he doesn’t have a backbone and decided to fold under criticism that he should do more, cause he couldn’t handle the pressure.

“I had exams.” Funny how this excuse only came up AFTER he came back from vacation. Did his vacation after getting stressed and folding just coincidentally happen at the right time? I doubt it.

Guess whats on the top on the list of what NOT to do as a leader, and one quality that a leader should have, a backbone. A leader should be able to stand up for themselves, accept criticism, and work to improve their bad qualities. Flip has done none of these. Instead he has hidden beneath his “vacation,” sitting on chat doing nothing, not even benefiting ACP in the slightest. There are many, many other people who are more worthy and more deserving of Flip’s rank.

Therefore I have stripped Flipper of his rank and of his owner privileges that he gained by being leader due to his lack of enthusiasm, extreme lack of backbone, and the lack of participation he truly had in the army. I ask that he retains the position of mod in reward for his time as 3ic, in which he acted more like a leader than he ever did when he truly was leader.

Sinking the Ship Bill

I ask that the Senate of the Army of Club Penguin along with the ACP Leaders consider my request to remove Capncook permanently from both the Senate and the Legends Page (and possibly the army altogether). Below I have stated my arguement. Please read the whole thing and consider it.

• Capn is one of those guys who brags about himself incessantly and is nowhere near as talented or deserving as he makes himself out to be.
• Capn was 1.5ic for a matter of hours before he was removed, so he should not be credited with being Leader at any point (Like Cas, who claims to be a former 2ic when all he was, was the 2ic of an ACP rebellion that lasted a matter of days). Capn LIED about being leader to Mch and once myself (Shab) left, Capn talked to Mch and convinced him that he has been leader. Capn knew he hadn’t but he just lied to become owner and get onto the ACP Legends page because he hasn’t stayed in ACP long enough for a consistent period of time to even get anywhere near that rank again.
• Boomer had previously removed Capn from the Legends page for the numerous times he rebelled from or left ACP for another army (he abandoned ACP for a 3ic rank in the Nachos, which proves he has no loyalty to the army unless he gets the rank he wants), likewise, he kept getting other leaders to add him back.
• Capn has always been manipulative in this respect, begging Boomer and Shab and other leaders for the Division General rank, etc.. but rarely has anyone actually given in to his requests.
• The Senate and the ACP Leader(s) need to stand their ground against people like Capn, because unfortunately certain people kinda make a living in armies by lying and manipulating their way into power. If you want someone who will really do a good job, look for someone with loyalty, not one who will do whatever it takes to get the rank they want, and then abandon you if the don’y get it. Not to say he can’t do a good job at whatever it is he’s doing, but I don’t trust him, and I don’t think he deserves his rank. If he earns it by being loyal, maybe I would reconsider, but he earned it through lying and manipulation (or persuasion if you want a nicer word).

In summary, Capn continuously leaves ACP to go to other armies when he doesn’t receive the rank he wanted or doesn’t get the position he wanted. He has no true alliance to ACP except for the power it can bring to him, should he get a leadership rank. He lies, cheats and manipulates. He even lied to Mch about being a leader so he could get his name on the legends page list and so he could get owner on chat. He is not trustworthy, he only cares about himself, and he shouldn’t be representing part of ACP in the senate with the image and the past that he has.

Therefore, I primarily request that Capn be removed from the Senate to prevent his corruption and manipulation and his self-serving personality from impacting the democratic integrity of the Senate. I also request that Capn be removed from the Legends Page. The purpose of the LEgends Page is to show everyone those soldiers who displayed great dedication to ACP. Capn has not met this definition, the rebellions are proof of that. I ask that his name be taken down along with any (undeserving) awards he may have been given.

Secondly I ask that he be removed from the ACP completely due to his rebellious nature. When he does a good job when he is given a promotion, there are others that are more deserving and wouldn’t drop it and switch armies the moment a better opportunity comes up. He has rebelled against ACP and should receive at least the punishment Rapidy received for rebelling against ACP even just once (Rap lost ownership and isn’t allowed in ACP, Capn should lose modship and shouldn’t be allowed to re-join the ACP).

Updated Chat Rules

1. No Cursing or inappropriate topics on chat. This includes censored swears, sexual references, drug references, racism, sexism, or any prejudice against any person as well as Religious talk and politics. Swearing in PC is also not allowed. Kick for normal words and Auto-Guest, then Ban for F-Word.

If you’ve asked while they’ve been talking, they saw your request. If they ignore it, email them or try talking to a different leader. Kick if being annoying. 11. Updated Roles Idea

The original purpose of the rank of 3ic was to run the divisions. Now the 3ic is basically the 2ic with someone else above themselves to listen to and an extra rank between themselves and the main leader rank. I’ve thought about it and heres what I consider would be the most effective distribution of power and jobs for each leadership rank:

-Main Leader: Power over everything, army and government, which makes it easier to make important decisions right away without having to consult others. They should also make sure that the 2ics and 3ics are doing their job and should be trying to train the 2ics to become leader.

-2ics: The 2ics should be leading the battles when the main leader isn’t present but also sometimes if the main leader is present. If the leader has to talk to other armies to find out if the battle is over, if the server crashed, etc.. it can make them distracted. The 2ics should be able to easily take control and lead while the leader is busy. The 2ics should also make sure the 3ics are doing their job and should train the 3ics to be 2ics.

-3ics: The reason that there are 3 3ics is because there are 3 divisions. Each 3ic should be assigned to 1 division. It is their job to make sure that that division is kept active and run smoothly. They should make sure the division generals are doing their jobs and should be training the division generals to be 3ics. If a division is not active, the 3ic should be figure out replacements for the division generals or the 2ics should be suggesting replacements for the 3ic depending on who is not doing their job correctly.

-Division Generals: When in a battle the army gets split into divisions, these guys should be leading those divisions. They should be training the soldiers in the off time and in battle should be commanding them. To do this successfully the division generals have to get to know their soldiers personally and has to get them to trust their commands. This is harder to do as a 3ic, 2ic,or 1ic because those ranks would have to get to know more people and that is difficult to do since they have more responsibilities.

-Retired Leaders: I know, I’m going to be hypocritical here. The retired leaders should never act, they should just suggest. And if these suggestions are not approve, they shouldn’t push them. Retired leaders shouldn’t take action depending on their opinion, especially if they know the opinion of the leader(s) is different. To be the most influential a retired leader should get to know and should help improve ACPTR and the different divisions to make it easier on the current owners.

1. Summary:

DRACP stands for Democratic Republic Army of Club Penguin

The DRACP is conformed by 2 branches in the Government and special assigments. The first branch, the Executive Branch is known as the Leader Branch being there the General of the Army and 2nd and 3rd in Commands. We have an election for 3iC’s, and our Leaders who are leaving need to pick someone to fill in their spot. The 2nd branch is the legislative branch, which is made of 16 Senators elected by the citizens every 4 months.

Special assignments, known as President, Vice-President, or Advisor are those that are given a special job on the Army which is most likely given to High Ranked soldiers and/or Retired Legends.

• Breeze: Capital; Most ACP citizens and soldiers will live there, government officials will live there, and it is the main ACP military stronghold. Most ACP soldiers live here, and some use their igloos as unofficial bases for ACP!
• Snow Fort: Training Ground; ACP soldiers are trained here. Their not many towns in this part of the Nation, although the Training Camps resemble cities.
• Snow Globe: Embassy; All allies welcome on this server to meet with ACP soldiers and citizens. This server allows diplomats from each Army to go and have a meeting with a diplomat from ACP.
• Mammoth: Recruiting Server; Used for recruiting because of its army history. Most of ACP rogues live here protecting the crucified land.

We control these servers, but we let allies come and citizens in. Anyone can come in, except groups of enemy armies. No one is allowed to set up a base there, unless we give them a Land Grant for a certain server. When we give a Land Grant, we still control the server, but the other army can control it also. If we go to war with that army, the Land Grant can be ended, and we get the server back.

By becoming an ally of the Army Of Club Penguin, you agree to the above terms.

4. Army:

The Army of Club Penguin has a Supreme Commander, 2ics, and 3ics. There are no other leader ranks past 3ic.

Jobs of the army:

3. Government:

The Army of Club Penguin is a Democratic Republic or a Republic Oligarchy. That means that we are a mix between a Democracy (We elect our congress) and a Republic (The people have a say, and we have congressional votes for big decisions) We do have a bit of a dictatorship when it comes to picking new leaders, co-leaders, or third in commands. New leaders are picked by the retiring leader. A retiring leader can choose to have an election for the next leader if they wish not to pick. Head Generals, or Second-in-Commands, and Commander Generals, or Third-in-Commands are picked by the current leader. Here are the ranks in the Government:

• No leader of ACP, defined as 4ic, 3ic, 2ic, 1.5 ic, co-leader or leader, shall hold a leader position in any other top 5 army.
• Supreme Commander: The Supreme Commander has ultimate power over both the army and the senate. He/She can overrule decisions made by the senate, they have the final say. They can only be taken out of power if both Boomer and Oagal deem them unfit to lead or if the army AS A WHOLE deems them unfit.
• President: The President is picked by the main leader(s) and can be replaced at any time. They are the leader of the senate and also are the tiebreaker. Their job is to plan senate meetings, moderate them, and make sure the voting is legit and fair. The president is also in charge of making sure that anyone who wants to present a bill is given the chance and that everyone is able to express their opinion about an issue in order to help prevent a non-biased vote. If the president does not make regular senate meetings, one every 3 weeks at least, then they are automatically removed from their position and the leader(s) will then have to pick a new president. Until a new President is picked, the Vice President is in charge. If the President misses more than 2 meetings in a row then they are also automatically removed from their position. They are main owner on senate chat.
• Vice President: The Vice President can either be picked by the leader or the President. They are the 2ic of the senate and their duty is to fill in when the President is unable to fulfill his duties. If the Vice President misses more than 2 meetings in a row they are automatically removed from their position and a new one shall be picked. If the President is present, the VP will help the President to control chat and voting but otherwise will act as a normal senator. They are owner or main owner on senate chat, the decision is up to the President.
• Senator: Senators will be chosen by comment polls with no rank restrictions. The number of senators will be determined by the President and the President will also run the polls with help from the Vice President. If the President does not have a variety of ranks represented in the senate, the polls will be redo OR the leader(s) will hand-pick senators. The leader(s) will be allowed to hand-pick 2 senators if they wish. There will be meetings scheduled by the President at least every 3 weeks. Senators who cannot have an orderly meeting and cannot stay quiet when someone else is talking will be replaced. Being a Senator is a privilege, not a right and it will be regarded as an honor. If a senator does not attend 2 meetings in a row they will be automatically stripped of their senator status. New Senators are picked every 3 months.
• Ambassador: Some fancy rank that can only be Shaboomboom’s and does something…but no one is exactly sure what that something is……just assume its important (The real definition is in the constitution if anyone is actually given this rank)
• Citizen (Soldier): Anyone who is not in one of the above positions of the Democratic Army Of Club Penguin’s government is a citizen.

When making big decisions, everyone in the Senate votes, but the officials in the government have more influence in the end. If a voting is tied,the Final decision is made by the Senate President. Any bill may be vetoed by the leader of ACP at their discretion for the benefit of ACP. Keep this in mind when presenting bills that may not benefit ACP.

To get a major bill passed, the Senate must approve it with a 3/4 vote.

There will be elections every 3 months, and unless the Branch gets dissolved by order of the President, it is always active.

The DRACP President is the Congressional Leader, and will moderate all discussions and sessions.

Only citizens of the Army Of Club Penguin are allowed to run.

4. Citizenship & Elections:

Citizens: To become a citizen, all you have to do is join the Army of Club Penguin. Here are a few rewards citizens get:

• Citizen get to vote.
• In coin lotteries, citizens get to choose two numbers, and everyone else only gets to choose one.
• Citizens are more respected and listened to within the Army of Club Penguin than any people that are not citizens of the Army of Club Penguin.

Elections: To choose Senators we hold elections. We hold an election every 3 months, and the winners gets a rank in the Government. The President decides how he/she will hold the elections but they must be fair and impartial.

5. Allies:

All allies agree to the following conditions:

We, The Army of Club Penguin, control our servers, but we let allies and citizens in. Anyone can come in, except groups of enemy armies. No one is allowed to set up a base there, unless we give them a Land Grant for a certain server. When we give a Land Grant, we still control the server, but the other army can control it also. If we go to war with that army, the Land Grant can be ended, and we get the entire server back.

SHORT VERSION

1. Admins: I agree that the problem of coups has become a problem mainly because of the number of admins on the site. Therefore the only admins will be the following: Oagal, Boomer, Shab, and the Supreme Leader(s).

2. Owners: Owners are retired main leaders of ACP and current 2ics and 3ics. The punishments for owners who break the rules will be worse than the punishments for mods since the job of owners is to moderate the mods and should be the example for the rest of chat.

3. Mods: Mods will be handpicked every promo day. There is no rank limit. The mods will be picked by the Leader, the Commander, and by a group of people picked by the leader. A list will be made monthly of all the mods and the 2ics and 3ics are not allowed to add anyone to the list or mod anyone not on the list. They may however make their own list of people they believe should be modded which they will present to the Leader for approval.

• Unmod Week: Unmod week is recommended to be held once every month. Details on how to run it can be found HERE or HERE

4. Supreme Commander:

• One Leader: The supreme commander has ultimate power over both the army and the senate. He/She can overrule decisions made by the senate, they have the final say. They can only be taken out of power if both Boomer and Oagal deem them unfit to lead or if the army AS A WHOLE deems them unfit.
  
• Two Leaders: If there are two supreme commanders, both will have to be able to agree on decisions. They have the same power as stated above. If they cannot both reach a decision acceptable to both leaders, they may do any of the following:

-1. Turn to the 2ics or 2ics and 3ics
-2. Turn to previous leaders who are still active enough to make an informed decision
-3. Ask for a vote by the senate

5. Senate Leaders

• 5a. President: The President is picked by the main leader(s) and can be replaced at any time. They are the leader of the senate and also are the tiebreaker. Their job is to plan senate meetings, moderate them, and make sure the voting is legit and fair. The president is also in charge of making sure that anyone who wants to present a bill is given the chance and that everyone is able to express their opinion about an issue in order to help prevent a non-biased vote. If the president does not make regular senate meetings, one every 3 weeks at least, then they are automatically removed from their position and the leader(s) will then have to pick a new president. 6. Divisions: The 3ics are in charge of divisions. There will be 3 divisions and the 3ics are in charge of ranking soldiers into their divisions from the division registration page. There will also be two Division Generals for each division and one or two Division Generals for ACPTR. Once a Division General or 3ic becomes inactive with their division, they will be replaced. The 3ics are also in charge of making sure that the Division Generals are active. This means that there will be only 3 3ics.

7. Senators: Senators will be chosen by comment polls with no rank restrictions. The number of senators will be determined by the President and the President will also run the polls with help from the Vice President. If the President does not have a variety of ranks represented in the senate, the polls will be redo OR the leader(s) will hand-pick senators. The leader(s) will be allowed to hand-pick 2 senators if they wish. There will be meetings scheduled by the President at least every 3 weeks. Senators who cannot have an orderly meeting and cannot stay quiet when someone else is talking will be replaced. Being a Senator is a privilege, not a right and it will be regarded as an honor. If a senator does not attend 2 meetings in a row they will be automatically stripped of their senator status. New Senators are picked every 3 months.

7a. Power of the Senate: The senate may discuss and vote on bills that pertain anything except for changing the rank of a person without explicit permission from the leader(s). They can be overruled by the leader(s). Otherwise, once all bills or rules passed during a senate meetings are shown to the leader (final approval), they will go into effect once posted.

8. Retiring Leader: When the Supreme Commander retires he/she has the ultimate decision on who will replace them. They can pick anyone in the ranks no matter what rank they may be. Elections are not advised but the decision for one is up to the retiring Leader.

11. Chat: Chat will remain Xat.com/theacp unless the new leader decides on a new chat. When a new leader is put in place they must email Shaboomboom (use the same email as he uses for his wordpress account) an talk to him so the chat password and messages are forwarded to the new leader. No active leader, 1ic, 2ic, 3ic etc, will use $ guest or hide their ownership while on chat. ALL leaders shall be recognized as leaders at all times when on chat.

12. Second-in-Commands: The job of  the 2ic is to get to know the soldiers and to listen to their complaints and try to solve them. They are also there to answer questions. They cannot be guest-owner on chat or have nopc on. The 2ics MUST do the join page. Failure to do the join page for a month will result in automatic demotion on chat for the first offense and automatic rank demotion for the 2nd offense. They are owners on chat.

13. Third-in-Commands: See Divisions Above. The 3ics have basically the same job as the 2ics except they have to deal more with the divisions and division generals. The 3ics MUST do the join page. Failure to do the join page for a month will result in automatic demotion on chat for the first offense and automatic rank demotion for the 2nd offense. They are also owners on chat.

14. ACPTR: The Leader (aka Division General) of the ACPTR will remain Leader until they have been proven unfit to be Leader. They cannot be removed without reason. They will be given a division general rank.

15. War: War can be declared by either the Leader or a 2ic in an obvious state, or with previous leader’s approval. Senate may also vote to go to war with a voting outcome of 90% yes.

16. Leader Law: No leader of ACP, defined as 3ic, 2ic, 1.5 ic, co-leader or leader, shall hold a leader position in any other top 5 army.

17. Join laws: Soldiers may rejoin with at least a two rank penalty if they were at mod rank. This can be overruled if a majority of the current owner ranks approve that the person regains their old rank. If not at mod rank when retiring, the person may rejoin at the same rank as which they retired. A retired main owner may come back as an owner rank if a majority of the current owners ranks (1ic, 2ic, 3ic, etc…) approve of it. Otherwise they may come back as the highest mod rank.

What is going on?

A leader is only a leader by title. The best leader is the person who makes their assistants also feel like leaders. Yes, those assistants have to know their limits, but still if they were picked to be an assistant then the main leader has trust in them.

The reason this post is private is because this is something each of the leaders need to think about and it is their decision whether to listen to it or ignore it without pressure from other people.

The advice for each person or about each person is after their name below starting with Saint.

Saint: You picked your leaders because you trusted them. Until they abuse one of their rights don’t restrict it. It just makes arguements.

Also Saint, you don’t trust me (Shab). I’m gone, I don’t care about meat because I don’t have to deal with him. I’ve told you this yet I’m still not even an author.

Stev: His drills are getting us more soldiers and they are training the soldiers and greatly increasing the ability of this army yet hes still 3rd in command and hes still kind of ignored. He should be treated as a 2nd in command by both Saint and the 2nd in commands. I heard tonight that he can’t rank anyone above warrant officer. To make him 3ic it ment that Saint trusted him. He has done nothing that would have changed that negatively and the drills should have increased everyones trust in him cause they have increased my trust in hisability. Why then is he getting rights taken away? You don’t need a 3ic. 3ic is a training rank for the new 2ics. Stev has proven himself worthy. I request that he takes the spot of 2ic that I left without that advisor portion of it.

Dryvit: It was a good idea to make dryvit a leader. He has been doing well but he is starting to act like a leader to meat and stev it seems. It happened to everyone who is made leader, even temporarily. Dry has proven that yes, he can be a good leader but now its meat’s turn. Saint, why not make meat a leader for 1 week but allow any of his decisions to be overridden if both Stev and Dryvit disagree with them. If you decide to leave Dry temp leader then give Meat and Stev the power to overrule something if they both disagree with it.

Dryvit I suggest making “funner” practice battles and activities like the nachos do. The soldiers enjoy it and it makes the person who schedules it look good.

Meat: He has gotten better….but like everyone he can improve more. Meat, focus less on game time and more on the drill sessions stev has. While stev is at school you can have your own drill sessions which would help Acp greatly.

I see thomas make a joke about Aber being a “good dog” and telling her to “go fetch a treat.” Aber got mad at that joke because it was an insult more than a joke. Instead of just kicking or yelling at Thomas for it, Fort unmodded Thomas and Aber and Fort started treating Thomas like a dog worse than he had done to Aber. I said something about the abusing of Thomas and Fort exploded onto another subject and then ran off chat and made a post insulting both Boomer and me. Aber wrote an email to Boomer telling him about me “being an ass” and asked him to fire or demote me. I do not see what the big deal about this is. I thought that Fort and Aber were abusing their power over Thomas and I talked to them about it. Fort took the arguement in another direction and Aber of course followed along with Fort. Fort’s arguement had nothing to do with Acp itself, just me and how I act on chat mainly towards him. I do not abuse my powers any more then the mods and other owners on chat. Do not say that you are a perfect owner or mod cause then your just being stuck up. No one is perfect. How does this arguement even relate to acp in the terms of me getting impeached? I really want to know the answer to this question cause I’m kinda confused. Now onto head. He is going around with the same old arguement since last time and some people are actually believing it. I banned Head forever on chat today because I know that another mod will unban him because they believe what he was saying. Listen to what head says and realize that 90% of it is from last year. And 5% of it is just rumors. The other 5% is just him saying “I hate you shab” which is prob the truth. Head unless you can get me evidence from recently then I will continue to ban you on chat for spreading rumors and trying to start uprisings. I know some people will say “Shab I hate you.
